In order to continue our commitment to the best possible service levels for patients Smartways is pleased to announce a new dedicated ‘critical services team’. This team will operate 24/5 and look after POT / Next Flight / Same Day Drives / Regional Drives. This change will improve our already proactive monitoring of critical jobs to avoid issues before they affect patients and also proactive communicate potential issues before they affect patients.
